Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for the European market. This fully remote role is based in the United Arab Emirates and supports a distributed international sales team.

You will prospect outbound, handle inbound opportunities, deliver live product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals while meeting quota in a cross-border, fully remote setup.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, closing new business across the full cycle.
• Experience in prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and closing.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and revenue targets.
• Excellent live-call communication and objection handling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full B2B sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing.
• Build outbound pipeline with targeted prospecting campaigns and BD activity.
• Manage inbound leads and advance qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing value to each prospect.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with a distributed sales team and share successful tactics.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management toward quota.
