Job summary

Deel is seeking a driven SDR Enterprise in the UAE to break into new accounts and nurture relationships across multiple contacts. You will collaborate with the sales team, research markets to identify targets, and qualify leads for onboarding. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, email sequences, and strategic follow-ups to schedule meetings.

You’ll join a remote, fast-paced team and contribute to a scalable sales playbook, leveraging CRM and engagement tools while pursuing ambitious quotas.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
• Experience selling software in UAE market.
• Native/fluent in Arabic + English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.

Responsibilities

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
• Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
• Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
• Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
• Generate email sequences, and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
