Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Familiar with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or Asana.
• Reliable home office setup and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones.
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic for leaders.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on topics as briefed.
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
