The Echo Initiative by Joveo is seeking an IT Recruiter to provide remote administrative support to leaders and teams. You will manage calendars, inboxes, and research while coordinating travel and expenses.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is essential, along with strong written English and exceptional organization. The role offers fully remote work with flexible hours, a performance-based bonus structure, and an annual learning & development stipend, with health and wellness

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day.
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed.
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
