Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support leaders and teams remotely. The role focuses on scheduling, inbox management, research, and light operational tasks to keep busy executives moving forward.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in administrative or VA roles, strong English communication, and excellent organization. This remote position offers flexible hours and opportunities to impact hiring initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
