Job summary

Pavago is seeking a highly organized Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and support sales pipeline growth. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and CRM management across multiple time zones.

You will engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify by role and needs, and ensure accurate, timely scheduling for the sales team. This is a fully remote role aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of appointment setting, sales support or inside sales experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Google Calendar, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads by role, company type, industry fit and business need.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendar logistics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and log outreach activities.
• Collaborate with SDR/BDR teams and account executives.
• Track appointments booked and follow up on reschedules.
