Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a part-time, remote Client Support Specialist focused on SAP MM/WM to assist clients in daily operations. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, document requests, and escalate complex problems to consultants while guiding users through system processes.

You will communicate with clients via email, chat, and virtual meetings, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal SAP experts to deliver user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for remote client interactions.
• Focus on customer service and customer satisfaction, with timely, accurate support.
• Understanding of Customer Experience principles and ability to advocate for user-friendly solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP MM/WM processes or ERP systems, and comfort working with business users in supply chain or logistics environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple support requests in a part-time capacity.
• Experience in a client-facing support role in technology or software services is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in business, information systems or related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is valued.

Responsibilities
