You will handle inquiries via chat/email, maintain records, and collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems while staying organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
