• 3+ years of professional experience in claims administration, billing, accounts receivable, insurance operations, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good understanding of billing, invoicing, claims processing, and basic reconciliation procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve routine administrative issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and digital business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain claims, invoices, billing records, and supporting documentation.
• Review claims and billing information for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter and update customer, account, claim, invoice, and payment information.
• Track claim submissions, approvals, adjustments, outstanding items, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and process invoices according to established procedures.
• Assist with payment tracking, account reconciliation, and billing inquiries.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers, service providers, insurers, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Maintain organized digital records and ensure documentation is properly filed.
• Prepare routine claims, billing, payment, and outstanding-balance reports.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending claims, invoices, and documentation.
