Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to translate client requirements into ERP solutions and lead end-to-end project delivery. You will configure modules across Accounting/Finance, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, and more, while coordinating with technical teams for customizations and integrations.

You will conduct UAT, user training, and go-live activities, supporting post-implementation optimization and best practices to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or Dynamics is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Configure ERP modules such as Accounting/Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, and Project.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and advise on ERP best practices.
