Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Remote IT Technician to provide expert remote support for hardware, software, and networks from a distributed work environment.

You will diagnose issues, install updates, manage tickets, and assist users with access and configuration while documenting resolutions and following security policies. A customer-focused approach is essential for timely, quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT support or help desk roles is preferred.
• Solid hardware, OS, networking fundamentals knowledge.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote hardware and software support for users.
• Diagnose and resolve issues via remote access and support platforms.
• Install and update software and system components for optimal performance.
