Job summary

Hiry Agency is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through placement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for DTC and eCommerce brands.

You will run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and pipeline updates while overseeing Talent Partners and Acquisition Specialists to ensure fast, accurate sourcing. This role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and accountability in a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in recruiting, HR or DTC context.
• Strong communication and client-facing confidence for daily calls.
• Comfortable leading small internal teams and driving alignment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from onboarding to placement and renewal.
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews and pipeline updates with clients.
• Coordinate with Talent Partners and Acquisition Specialists to ensure fast, accurate sourcing.
• Review candidate submissions to ensure quality and fit before client presentation.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and upcoming roles.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage next steps between clients and candidates.
• Monitor CRM activity (Airtable / ClickUp) and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot pipeline delays or misalignment and propose process improvements.
