Enhanced Labs is hiring an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and optimize our affiliate program for a DTC brand. You will recruit and manage affiliates, creators, and influencers, driving revenue through performance-based partnerships across social channels.

The role requires building and scaling affiliate campaigns, tracking ROI, and expanding partnerships with a focus on health and wellness products. Remote-friendly with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Proven experience growing affiliate programs for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing across major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Develop and scale affiliate programs across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord.
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates and content creators.
• Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance, sales, conversions, and ROI.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional assets, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
