Job summary

People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking a mid-level Channel Account Manager for a consumer technology client. The role is remote with a Dubai base, focusing on growing partner-driven revenue through resellers, distributors and system integrators.

You will manage, recruit and develop partners, build pipeline, close deals and maintain accurate CRM forecasts within an EMEA setup. Strong English and UAE residency are required.

Qualifications

• 23 years of B2B technology sales experience ideally with channel or partner account management.
• Hands-on experience managing resellers, distributors, systems integrators or similar partners.
• Measurable record of generating revenue through partners.
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, IT hardware or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English.
• Based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner ecosystem, recruit new partners, grow pipeline and close deals.
• Track performance against targets and maintain CRM forecasts.
• Work within an EMEA team at an outsourced sales provider.
