Job summary
RMG Talent, on behalf of a global technology client, is hiring a Channel Account Manager to drive revenue with channel partners across the UAE. The role is fully remote within the UAE and requires native Arabic and professional English.
You will manage resellers and distributors, recruit partners, and collaborate with regional sales teams to build pipelines. A 20% variable component on base salary pegs total package around AED 30,000 per month.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of B2B technology sales experience (cybersecurity, channel/distributor, or enterprise SaaS).
- Hands-on with resellers, distributors, systems integrators or similar partners.
- Proven track record of revenue generation through partner channels.
- Experience with SaaS, cloud solutions or enterprise tech.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; Arabic and English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with channel partners and technology partners.
- Drive revenue growth through partner engagement and joint sales initiatives.
- Recruit new channel partners as needed.
- Support partners in building pipelines and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal sales, account management and regional teams.
- Monitor partner performance and report on forecasts.
- Maintain CRM records and partner activity reports.
- Contribute to regional channel sales strategies.
