Job summary

Top Talent Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a B2B SaaS sales function. You will work closely with the Sales Director to establish effective sales processes, recruit and develop a dynamic team, and drive revenue growth across international markets.

This fully remote role requires proven leadership in sales, a strong command of the full sales cycle, and a strategic mindset to optimize pipelines and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Proven Sales Manager or similar leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Full sales cycle expertise from prospecting to closing.
• Strong focus on revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Director to build and develop the sales function.
• Establish sales strategies, processes and ways of working aligned with objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, manage and develop sales team as the organisation grows.
• Set objectives and performance expectations for the sales team.
• Coach and support team to improve performance and develop commercial skills.
• Monitor pipeline, development, conversion and revenue performance.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities.
• Support sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify opportunities for new business, cross-selling and upselling.
• Establish CRM reporting and forecasting practices.
• Analyse performance and identify process improvements.
