Job summary

Top Talent Recruitment is assisting a growing company in onboarding a Sales Director to lead the development of its sales organisation and drive commercial growth. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the Sales Director will establish the sales strategy structure and processes needed to build and scale the function.

Location: UK/USA/Dubai; Model: Remote; Employment type: Full time. Native English required with a proven track record in senior sales leadership and revenue generation in B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• Native or near-native level of English
• Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role
• Strong track record of leading and developing sales teams
• Experience defining and implementing sales strategies and processes
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and revenue generation
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall sales strategy in line with the companys commercial objectives
• Build and develop the sales organisation in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Establish sales processes structures targets and performance frameworks
• Lead coach and develop the sales team fostering a high-performance culture
• Set and monitor sales targets KPIs and revenue objectives
• Develop and maintain strategic customer and business relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Oversee pipeline management sales forecasting and CRM activity
• Analyse sales performance market trends and commercial opportunities to inform decision-making
• Establish and continuously improve sales methodologies processes and reporting
• Provide regular commercial updates and performance insights to senior leadership
• Contribute to the development of the companys long-term commercial strategy
