Job summary

Al Fardan Group seeks an Associate for Remittance Operations to ensure accurate processing of funding and customer payments in a controlled manner. The role supports the team leader in timely execution of outward payments and cash position management.

You will resolve operational queries, maintain service quality, and contribute to process improvements across the payments workflow, while adhering to internal controls and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in payment processing within BFSI.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Effective communication for internal and customer queries.
• Ability to work with team and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process funding instructions and outward payment orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with branches to resolve CIT discrepancies and return cheques.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and customer queries to maintain service quality.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and participate in system enhancements.
