Job summary

The Central Bank of The UAE seeks a seasoned professional for the Centralised Operations function to monitor and oversee the processing activities of payment systems, ensuring smooth, efficient, and resilient operations. You will also support new payment products, rails, and related technology solutions, while maintaining compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and improving processes, supporting audits, training users, and ensuring service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee processing of CBUAE payment systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyse and improve operational processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with procedures and cut-off times.
• Identify and address disruptions or delays in payment processing and escalate when needed.
• Maintain system resilience and business continuity for financial market infrastructure.
• Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of upgrades.
• Assist audits and operational reviews related to banks and payment systems.
