Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a dedicated Processor within Operations to handle a sub-section of payments processing. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions while strictly adhering to policies, controls, and SLAs to deliver reliable service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in banking, including two years in progressively responsible payment roles. This full-time position is based in Abu Dhabi and does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of banking experience with at least 2 years in similar payments roles and progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in payment processing governance and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient error‑free processing of transactions with strict compliance to policies and SLAs.
• Minimise operations risk by ensuring transactions comply with customer/internal instructions.
• Ensure conformance to internal procedures/policies/guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and follow-ups on outstanding items.
• Undertake daily processing activities related to payments within the unit.
• Assist departments by providing delivery and support functions.
• Maintain record management and archival per guidelines as primary custodian of security items & customer records.
• Participate in initiatives within section/unit/bank and engage in other activities falling within processor scope.
• Provide periodical reports and management information for decision making and ensure regulatory adherence.
