Job summary

Al Rostamani Group’s Al Rostamani International Exchange seeks a dedicated Cashier/Teller to process remittances, cash, cheques and other financial transactions with accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

You will serve Retail and Commercial customers, uphold AML/KYC standards, and strive to minimize wait and processing times while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent in any related field.
• 2 years of prior experience as a Cashier/Teller.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to handle high cash volume.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at counter and lobby area and thank them for their business.
• Provide service to Retail and Commercial customers as per ARIE standards.
• Communicate regulations and norms regarding transactions professionally.
• Advise customers about ARIE products and services as needed.
• Achieve minimum wait time and service time, reduce turnaround time.
