Job summary

Al Fardan Group is seeking a Sr Associate in Sharjah to support the centralized Funding & Liquidity Management team. The role focuses on processing funding activities, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining strong controls and risk management standards.

You will resolve operational queries, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with retail branches to optimize cash positions and funding flows. A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 3–4 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking or business administration.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in cash management, liquidity operations, treasury function within exchange or financial institution.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process outward payment orders and verify details for accuracy.
• Monitor funding activities to ensure timely processing and adherence to service standards.
• Collaborate with the retail branch network to monitor daily cash positions and optimal cash stock limits.
• Resolve operational delays or exceptions related to CIT movements, bank deposits and replenishments.
• Reconcile NBC and other third-party transactions and ensure funding.
• Analyze operational data to identify funding requirements and support fund planning.
