Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is hiring in the UAE for a banking sales role focused on Credit Cards. You will promote products, generate leads, and drive monthly targets in a dynamic environment.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome. UAE banking experience is a plus, with competitive salary and high incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Banking/Sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• UAE banking/credit card sales experience will be an added advantage.
• High School or Graduation mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong willingness to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily Credit Cards.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels.

• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility clearly to customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation.
• Strictly follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up.
