Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards to eligible customers through direct and field‑based sales activity.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, business goals, application quality standards, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, customer conversations, outdoor sales campaigns, and direct engagement.
- Explain credit card features, eligibility requirements, benefits, charges, terms, and documentation needs in a simple and transparent manner.
- Assist customers with application forms, required documents, submission steps, and KYC compliance requirements.
- Review customer documents carefully to ensure they meet bank verification standards before application submission.
- Follow up with customers on application status, pending details, approval updates, and any additional documentation needed.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to support repeat business, referrals, and future banking product opportunities.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, activity updates, lead status, and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing, document review, onboarding, and customer support.
- Ensure all sales activities follow banking policies, regulatory expectations, confidentiality rules, and data protection standards.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional drives, field activations, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Stay updated on credit card offers, banking product changes, eligibility updates, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and service concerns with patience, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Work consistently toward both sales volume and quality targets to support sustainable business growth.
- Maintain proper follow‑up discipline to improve lead conversion, reduce delays, and support customer satisfaction.

Ideal Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, credit card sales, direct sales, or field sales.
- UAE banking experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical experience selling banking products or financial products to individual customers.
- Good understanding of credit card features, eligibility rules, application requirements, and basic banking procedures.
- Knowledge of KYC documentation, customer verification, banking compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer confidence quickly.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability with a professional approach to handling objections.
- Ability to generate leads, manage follow‑ups, maintain a pipeline, and convert prospects into completed applications.
- Comfortable working in a target‑based environment with monthly sales goals and deadline‑driven activity.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, customer records, daily reporting, and CRM usage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam will be an advantage.
