Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Italian Corporate Relationship Manager to join the Abu Dhabi Branch. You will manage relationships with Italian-related corporate clients and coordinate with Global Relationship Managers and teams in Italy to grow the portfolio.

The role focuses on delivering banking solutions, pursuing budget targets, and participating in commercial initiatives while ensuring compliance with group policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• Sound understanding of credit risk analysis
• Effective communication and commercial skills

Responsabilités

• Managing and developing relationships with Italian-related companies operating in the UAE, delivering banking solutions tailored to their needs and supporting the growth of the assigned portfolio
• Identifying new business opportunities and securing mandates
• Negotiating transaction terms and coordinating funding requirements
• Preparing and submitting credit proposals to the Head of Credit
• Reviewing transaction documentation
• Ensuring timely credit reviews, monitoring facility utilisation and overdrafts, and resolving irregular positions
• Monitoring portfolio credit quality and escalating any material deterioration
• Ensuring the assigned portfolio complies with Group policies and local requirements on AML, sanctions and embargoes, including due diligence on new and existing clients
• Preparing portfolio budgets
• Preparing and coordinating desk-related regulatory reporting
• Coordinating Assistant Relationship Managers supporting the desk.

You will join the Italian Corporate team at the Abu Dhabi Branch, reporting to the General Manager. You will manage relationships with Italian-related corporate clients. Working in coordination with the relevant Global Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers in Italy, you will develop the assigned portfolio, pursue budget targets and participate in commercial initiatives.

What you'll be doing

You will manage and develop relationships with Italian-related companies operating in the UAE, delivering banking solutions tailored to their needs and supporting the growth of the assigned portfolio:

• Identifying new business opportunities and securing mandates
• Negotiating transaction terms and coordinating funding requirements
• Preparing and submitting credit proposals to the Head of Credit
• Reviewing transaction documentation
• Ensuring timely credit reviews, monitoring facility utilisation and overdrafts, and resolving irregular positions
