Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Global Relationship Manager Business Director to lead a portfolio of Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds, driving profitability, revenue growth, and risk management in line with strategic guidelines.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bank’s product and services.
• Understanding of credit risk.
• Good communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure commercial management and the achievement of profitability, sales and risk objectives for the relevant groups in the portfolio, in line with the guidelines defined by the General Manager, and the Industry of competence.
• Act as a contact person of the Bank for the customers of competence, taking an active role in managing the relationship together with the Relationship Managers and other functions involved.
• Analyze the needs and potential of the groups in the portfolio by identifying and promoting the sale of Investment Banking products and services, in coordination with the General Manager of the Branch and the reference Industry and with the collaboration and support of Global Strategic Coverage, and the specialist units of the Branch and Division.
• Coordinate the sales initiatives of the Relationship Managers by supporting the promotion of the range of Commercial Banking products and services, in compliance with operational processes and company regulations.

Overview

You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds, ensuring the achievement of profitability, revenue growth, and risk management objectives in line with the Bank’s strategic guidelines. You will act as a senior client relationship lead, coordinating with Industry teams, Global Strategic Coverage, and specialist product units to deliver tailored banking solutions. You will drive the identification of business opportunities and support the development of long-term client relationships while maximizing commercial performance across the assigned portfolio. You will coordinate, for the relevant customers, the sales initiatives of the Relationship Managers bysupporting the promotion of the range of relevant products and services.

What you'll be doing

Key responsabilities will be:
