NAGA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Relationship Manager to engage with clients, promote products, and provide market insights in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role emphasizes client relations, communication, and regulatory awareness to drive sustainable growth.

You will work with a diverse team in an international setting, leveraging CRM tools and strong networking to expand the client base and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication skills and strong networking abilities

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contact with existing/potential clients to meet their needs
• Promoting the Company’s products and services
• Presenting financial market concepts and derivatives risks to clients
• Contacting potential clients from the Company’s websites
• Demonstrating the Company's systems to clients
• Communicating financial news to clients by phone or email
• Following up on requests and providing timely feedback
• Participating in trainings to understand rules and regulations
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
