Job summary

Aetram Finserv LLC in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to grow and manage client relationships across HNI, UHNI, corporate and retail segments, delivering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

You will identify new clients, understand their goals and risk profiles, promote investment products, manage onboarding and ongoing servicing, and collaborate with Compliance, Operations and Product teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, corporate, and retail clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, business development, and market outreach.
• Understand clients' financial goals, investment requirements, and risk profiles.
• Promote and explain the company's financial and investment products and services.
• Manage the complete client relationship cycle, from onboarding to ongoing servicing.
• Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Compliance, Operations, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing.
• Ensure all client documentation and KYC requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and relationship expansion.
• Keep updated on financial markets, investment products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
