NAGA Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Arabic-speaking client relations professional to guide regional clients from first contact to active traders in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment. You will build trust through clear communication about products and market risks, and manage a growing client portfolio.

This role requires strong presentation, multitasking, and proactive mindset in a dynamic company that values growth, collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong communication skills.
• Presentation, organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated with networking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain contact with existing/potential clients to meet needs.
• Promote the Company's products and services.
• Explain market risks of financial instruments clearly.
• Reach out to registered prospects and present products.
• Show the Company's systems to clients.
• Communicate financial news with clients as appropriate.
• Follow up on requests and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in trainings to understand rules and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients receive high-quality information about products.
