Symbolic Developments is looking for Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to join our sales team. You'll work closely with brokerage partners and prospective buyers, represent our projects, and help turn opportunities into completed sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage partners, investors, and prospective buyers.
• Present our projects, available units, and payment plans to brokers and clients.
• Generate new business through broker outreach, referrals, and direct prospecting.
• Manage leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Keep the CRM and sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams on project launches and sales activities.
• Share broker feedback and market insights to help improve our sales approach.
