Job summary

DECA PROPERTIES is seeking dynamic Relationship Managers to join our growing real estate sales team in Dubai. We require professionals actively engaged in the UAE market with a strong background working directly with developers.

You will build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, promote projects, and generate leads through a broad agency network. Fluency in English is required; Russian, Chinese, or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a real estate developer.
• Active UAE real estate market participation and strong agency network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote DECA PROPERTIES' projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Currently active in the UAE real estate market.Strong existing agency network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Because this role serves our international client base, fluency in Russian, Chinese, or French in addition to English is required to communicate effectively with clients in these markets.
