Job summary

Astra Engineering & Construction in Abu Dhabi seeks a dedicated professional to manage pre-qualification and vendor registrations with clients, consultants, suppliers and authorities. You will prepare PQ questionnaires, coordinate ADNOC Work Group approvals, and ensure timely submissions and renewals.

The role requires 3–4 years in PQ/vendor registration and familiarity with DOE/TAQA processes. Strong documentation, communication, and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years PQ and vendor registration experience.
• Certifications in Vendor Management or PQ are a plus.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with ADNOC pre-qualification processes.
• Knowledge of DOE, TAQA and other client registration practices.
• Experience with supplier/contractor registration portals.
• Strong PQ questionnaires and credential requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-qualification and vendor registration with clients, consultants, suppliers and authorities.
• Prepare review and submit PQ questionnaires and documentation.
• Coordinate ADNOC pre-qualification Work Group approvals and other client requirements.
• Manage DOE TAQA and other client registrations and renewals.
• Handle registration and documentation through supplier/contract portals.
• Coordinate documentation across Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, finances and project experience.
• Maintain and update company PQ and vendor records.
• Coordinate renewals and updates to ensure continued validity.
• Liaise with internal departments to collect updated credentials and documents.
• Monitor submission status, approvals, expiry dates and renewals.
