PME in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced prequalification professional to drive end-to-end vendor registration and maintain audit-ready dossiers across Energy Products, Services, and Technologies. You will manage client portals and audits, ensuring CRM accuracy to enable tender participation and business growth.

You will collaborate with internal departments and with OEMs, EPCs, and client vendor management teams to ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5–10 years in prequalification or vendor registration in energy.
• Direct ADNOC prequalification portal experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP and QA documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead prequalification roadmap across client and category.
• Manage vendor registrations and AVL approvals.
• Prepare audit-ready dossiers including QHSE docs.
• Verify conformity to API/ASME/ISO standards.
• Compile method statements, ITPs, competency matrices and close-out dossiers.
• Coordinate external audits and site visits.
• Maintain live CRM trackers and dashboards reflecting client status.
• Issue eligibility confirmations to bids and proposals teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, QHSE, and Supply Chain.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining templates and reducing submission times.
