Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with strong empathy and patient-centered values to support our mental health services. This is an on-site contract position in Sharjah, requiring close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within a mental health setting
  • Monitor patient health and document clinical observations accurately
  • Assist psychiatrists and clinicians during consultations and procedures
  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications as per protocols
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness goals
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with UAE regulations
  • Support a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care environment
Requirements
  • MOH Eligibility or Active MOH License (UAE) – Mandatory
  • Prior UAE healthcare experience required
  • Current Registered Nurse qualification
  • Experience in mental health, psychiatry, or rehabilitation settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage
