Daktronics is seeking a Region Service Manager to lead the service team across the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa from Dubai. You will coordinate service delivery, allocate resources, and work with Sales to align service plans with regional needs. The role requires onsite leadership, strong customer focus, and travel (20–25%).

Based in Dubai, you will drive service excellence, develop personnel, and ensure high-quality support for installations, events, and service calls across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Engineering, Market, or Service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and grasp technical concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service delivery, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales to recommend service plans and pricing.
• Provide technical support for customer demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Direct on-site service, coordination, account management, repairs and inventory.
• Lead field service within the region and improve employee experience and customer satisfaction.
• Support personal development via performance development program.
• Assess growth of field engineers and service partners using skills matrix.
• Drive business results using leadership development tools.
• Set workload expectations for field engineers; balance assignments.
• Ensure timely, quality completion following SOPs.
• Foster teamwork linking quality work with customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR on escalated issues and staffing needs.
• Interview and hire employees aligned with culture and growth potential.
• Follow onboarding and training plans for new hires.
• Respond quickly to escalations and provide direction.
• Lead or participate in large improvement projects.
• Communicate changes to build consensus.
• Ensure safety for employees and contractors.
• Travel regularly (20-25%) to build relationships and resolve issues.
