Job summary

Jobsatdubai is looking for a Regional Service Manager for the Middle East, based in Dubai. The position involves leading a customer success team while ensuring customers maximize their use of Husky products. You will oversee the P&L for the region and develop strategies to grow the business.

Candidates must have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. The role includes frequent travel within the region and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Business management experience beneficial.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business and develop the strategy of the region.
• Lead and manage the service team in Middle East.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with resolution plans.
• Collaborate with teams for successful customer start-ups.
• Accountable for regional P&L and market dynamics.

Skills

Business Management experience
