Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–8 years of international management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Travel required: 31–60%.
• Experience in sales, business development, financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of business management and controlling.
• Experience in international corporate and matrix organizations.
• Experience in the injection molding industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Ensure a high-performing Sales & Service organization.
• Achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop NETSTAL market position in the MEA region.
• Lead and mentor team leaders to build strong leadership.
• Implement the NET Group strategy within the market.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and financial stability. Responsible for Sales & Service from business, organizational and leadership perspectives.
• Communicate business objectives clearly across the team and collaborate with other units to support organizational success.
• Develop and implement the business strategy for the market in accordance with NET and KRONES guidelines.
