Job summary

Smiths Group in Dubai is seeking a Middle East Service Manager to lead strategic service delivery, growth and customer satisfaction across the region. You will own service strategy, drive cost control, and ensure profitable performance while building strong partnerships with key clients.

Reporting to the Global Service Delivery Director, you will build high-performing teams, direct multi-disciplinary functions, and implement continuous improvements, standards, and governance to maximise contract

Qualifications

• Proven management and/or relationship management experience at a senior strategic level role.
• Established track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in a quality-led environment.
• Able to interpret and develop service strategy and make commercial recommendations.
• Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels.
• Able to influence key stakeholders to deliver service improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account service strategies that support growth, operational excellence and long-term partnerships.
• Provide commercial oversight of service delivery, ensuring costs, resource utilisation and profitability targets are achieved.
• Strategically lead and develop an operational management team with clear performance measures.
• Analyse service performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create a Customer Engagement Plan and lead governance meetings to align with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate service delivery risks and contribute to contract renewals and scope changes.
