• Participate with Hub Service Manager to create and roll out the Service strategy.
• Drive localization and implementation of the Service strategy across countries.
• Develop growth initiatives and business cases for investments.
• Set financial targets and monitor strategy progress.
• Promote service platforms and standardized delivery for efficiency.
