NETSTAL Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales & Service Manager for the Middle East & Africa based in Dubai.

You will bear full entrepreneurial responsibility for the NETSTAL MEA region, driving sustainable growth, market position, customer satisfaction and operational excellence in Sales & Service. You will lead the organization, develop ambitious plans, manage key customer relationships and implement the NET Group strategy while collaborating with KRONES to achieve targets and drive profitability

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of international management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in sales and business development, financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of business management and controlling.
• Experience in international corporate and matrix organizations.
• Experience in the injection molding industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Operational leadership, influencing and negotiating, collaboration, decision making, communication, resilience and adaptability.
• Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the Sales & Service organization.
• Achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop NETSTAL market position in the MEA region.
• Implement the NET Group strategy within the market.
• Take overall responsibility for Sales & Service from a business, organizational and leadership perspective.
• Communicate objectives clearly across the team, and collaborate with other units to support overall organizational success.
• Develop and implement the business strategy for the market in accordance with NETSTAL and KRONES guidelines.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and represent the company in the market.
• Ensure efficient processes, clear accountability and effective reporting.
• Initiate and manage change and optimization projects.

Your experience

• Minimum of 5 – 8 years of International Management.

• Experinece in international corporate and matrix organizations.
• Experience in the injection molding industry is an advantage.
• Langauge Skills – Fluent in Arabic and English.
