Job summary

Krones Middle East Africa, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced engineer to develop technical solutions for beverage/filling lines and support regional operations. The role requires 8-10 years FMCG experience, mandatory Krones equipment know-how, and fluency in English and Arabic.

You will work with SAP, SAP retrofit quotations, and lead technical clarifications for retrofit projects. Travel up to 30% and collaboration across cultures are expected as you support DC-02 operations and

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with FMCG experience is required.
• 8-10 years in the filling and packaging industry is expected.
• Krones equipment experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for customers to improve operational performance and meet requirements.
• Prepare retrofit quotations in SAP.
• Provide technical clarification of retrofit projects.
• Support project manager with man-days calculations for RF projects.
• Develop business reports supporting DC-02 operations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of complete line/machine operations, especially PET and Glass lines.
• Show Gulf experience and knowledge of Middle East market requirements.
• Utilize SAP, MS Office, Siemens NX, B&R automation studio, AutoCAD, and AI tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
• Be able to travel up to 30% for business.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Developing and proposing technical solutions for customers that improve operational performance and meet customer requirements.
• Preparing retrofit detailed / budget quotations as per customer request in SAP
• Technical clarification of Retrofit projects.
• Proving support to project manager for man days calculation for RF projects
• Manage the development of business reports supporting DC-02 operations.
• Engineering graduate with FMCG experience of 8-10 years in the filling and packaging industry of flat/carbonated and hot filling technology
• Krones equipment experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of complete line/machine operations and its latest technology, especially PET and Glass lines.
• Gulf experience and general knowledge on the Middle East market requirements
• Advanced knowledge in SAP & MS Office and Siemens NX, B&R automation studio, AutoCAD, AI tools / applications.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic
• Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
• No obstacles in travelling for business up to 30%
• Strong analytical technical skills with persuasive skills
