Job summary

Krones is seeking a Regional Sales & Service Manager to lead the NETSTAL MEA region, with full P&L responsibility and a focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

You will develop market position, mentor leaders, implement NET Group strategy, ensure compliant operations, and manage strategic customer relationships. Travel 31-60% and fluency in Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-8 years international management experience.
• Strong knowledge of business management and controlling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel 31-60%.
• Experience in sales, business development, financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Experience in injection molding industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for NETSTAL MEA region and drive revenue, profit, and growth.
• Develop and implement business strategy per NET and KRONES guidelines.
• Lead and mentor team leaders; build leadership culture.
• Ensure compliance, quality, financial stability; reporting.
• Build strategic customer relationships and represent the company in the market.
• Drive efficient processes and manage change and optimization projects.
