Job summary

Krones is seeking a Regional Sales & Service Manager for the MEA region, based in Dubai, UAE. The role carries full entrepreneurial responsibility for sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, aligning NET Group strategies with KRONES guidelines.

You will lead an international team to expand market presence, drive revenue targets, and ensure operational excellence across Sales & Service functions, while navigating a matrix organization and travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of international management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Travel willingness: 31%–60% of time.
• Experience in sales and business development, financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of business management and controlling.
• Experience in international corporate and matrix organizations.
• Experience in the injection molding industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

The Regional Sales amp Service Manager bears full entrepreneurial responsibility for the NETSTAL MEA region

The objective of this role is the sustainable and profitable development of the business while ensuring growth market position customer satisfaction and operational excellence in Sales amp Service

• Ensuring a high-performing Sales amp Service organization
• Achievement of revenue profit and growth targets with full Profit amp Loss responsibility
• Further development of NETSTAL market position in the MEA region
• Lead and mentor team leaders to build strong leadership
• Implementation of the NET Group strategy within the market
• Ensuring compliance quality and financial stability
• Overall responsibility for Sales amp Service from a business organizational and leadership perspective
• Communicate business objectives clearly across the team and collaborate with other units to support overall organizational success

Your Profile
