You will leverage a strong hospitality network to win enterprise deals and expand market reach across hotel groups, restaurant chains, and F&B decision-makers.

The role demands 12+ years of experience with at least 5 in sales, a proven B2B track record, and expertise in SaaS/hospitality tech.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth for a SaaS-based hospitality technology solution across the GCC and India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the hospitality industry, with established relationships across hotel groups, restaurant chains and key F&B decision-makers.

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 18,000–25,000 per month + commission

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B SaaS sales and business development across the hospitality sector.
• Build relationships with hotel groups, restaurant chains, hotel owners and senior decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and close enterprise-level software deals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and reseller channels to expand market reach.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in sales.
• Strong network and established connections across hotels, restaurant chains and the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales or business development.
• Experience selling SaaS, hospitality technology, POS/PMS or other B2B technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in channel partnerships and regional market expansion is an advantage.
