Workato is actively seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead the sales effort in Dubai's hospitality market. You will craft sales strategies, identify opportunities, and build lasting client relationships to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities include developing plans, analyzing market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the hotel at industry events. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. Salary: Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. We also offer housing accommodation as part of the employment contract. This is a contract job with the opportunity for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
