Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across the assigned region.
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management ideally in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
