Job summary

Guerlain Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager in commercial activities across multiple accounts, ensuring timely order follow-ups and performance tracking of sell-in/sell-out.

The role requires fluency in English and French, strong MS Office, SAP and Power BI knowledge, and a solid understanding of the luxury beauty sector; familiarity with regulatory processes is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Business Management or equivalent in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel in particular).
• Knowledge of Luxury and Beauty industry.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell-in management and follow up with accounts and retailers.
• Analyze orders per client and manage pricing/quotas.
• Prepare monthly Sell-in forecasts with the Commercial Area Manager.
• Monitor stock cover at retailers/agents and alert on risks.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, claims and credits; report to Sales Manager.
• Prepare monthly novelties recap for order recommendations.
• Coordinate with Marketing on novelties forecasts and POSM plans.
• Update pricelists and ensure assortment aligns with brand priorities.
• Liaise with Regulatory to ensure market registrations.
