Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing environment, customer-facing role.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Aviation familiarity and knowledge of industry players advantageous.
• Strong IT literacy including ERP systems and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Regional Sales Analyst team including recruitment, performance reviews, and workload distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve regional sales processes through automation and analytics.
• Oversee forecasting, proposal process management, and delivery support to meet regional targets.
• Ensure accuracy of regional sales reporting and data used by Sr. Leadership.
• Support pricing strategies and annual contract escalations across the region.
