Job summary

Silver Shore is expanding its Dubai presence by recruiting 2–3 Business Development Executives to source and win project-based opportunities. You will build networks with consultants, architects and developers, map stakeholders, and negotiate contracts, staying engaged through execution to secure follow-on work.

The role is a target-driven, individual-contributor position requiring travel across the region and a proactive, high‑energy mindset. Training is provided to grow into the role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project-specific sales and business development.
• Existing network of Consultants, Architects, Designers, Contractors and Developers.
• Knowledge of architectural hardware is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for prospective projects across the region from design stage to tender and award.
• Build and expand a personal network of Consultants, Architects, Designers, Contractors and Developers.
• Identify key decision-makers and map stakeholder landscapes on each project.
