Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Specialist - Digital Marketing in Dubai to plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. You will drive customer acquisition, website traffic, store visits, and online sales while ensuring data accuracy and reporting across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 3-4 years of hands‑on performance/digital marketing experience in retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, social, shopping, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and display networks.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Video campaigns to hit acquisition revenue targets.
• Monitor performance, optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, keywords, and creatives.
• Improve ROAS by analyzing CPA, CPC, CTR, CPI, conversion rates and revenue.
• Implement conversion tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform tools.
• Maintain and validate product feeds and data quality across brands and markets.
• Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with Online Trade, Brand Marketing, Content, Creative, and Tech teams.
